All prices include VAT, costs for electricity, water, heating, W-Lan, GEZ, waste water, household waste disposal as well as furniture, 1 outside parking space, property tax, insurance and the respective first-time use of bed linen and towels. The prices are for 1 person per apartment. The second person costs 8,00 € extra per day. The final cleaning of 110,00 € is charged additionally.
Apartment and Prices
Electric vehicles can be refueled at the electric charging stations at the Boardinghaus parking area. The payment can be done by your loading app or by credit card.
We offer handicapped accessible apartments upon request and availability.
